Your Tool Time Membership covers three sections of service: personalized monthly care from your committed handyman, quarterly/seasonal home maintenance and neighborhood perks. All labor with each monthly visit is included at no additional cost.

That's why we're proud to introduce our exclusive Tool Time Membership, designed to provide you with a dedicated handyperson who will take care of your to-do list, proactively maintain your home on a convenient schedule, also offer enticing seasonal perks and partner offers tailored to your needs.


    Membership Benefits:


    Dedicated Handyperson: With Tool Time Membership, you'll have a highly skilled and dedicated handyperson at your service, ensuring that your home is always in its best condition.


    Proactive Home Maintenance: We take the initiative to keep your home in top shape, addressing maintenance tasks on a regular schedule to prevent issues before they arise.


    No Per Visit Fee: Enjoy peace of mind knowing that all handyman labor is included, and there are no additional per-visit fees for your regular handyman visits.


    Flexible Plans: Choose the membership plan that suits you best. Our annual plan starts at just $153 per month ($1,836 paid upfront saves you 15% or $324 compared to the month to month plan), while our monthly plan is available at $180 per month. As well we offer custom plans to meet your home's specifications and needs.


    Optional Parts Procurement: Should you require replacement parts, we can procure them on your behalf for a nominal shopping fee tied to your visit, saving you time and effort.


    For larger projects or specialized tasks that demand expert attention, Tool Time can connect you with trusted vendors and coordinate the entire process. Please note that the cost of specialized vendors will be transparently passed on to you, ensuring fairness and transparency in our service.


    Additionally, we extend our expertise to built-in appliances. In the event of a breakdown, Tool Time can arrange for an appliance specialist to repair or recommend a suitable replacement, providing you with hassle-free solutions.

    To make your experience even more seamless, we are currently developing the ToolTimeLLC App. With this app, you can effortlessly book appointments, communicate with your handyman and our team at any time, and conveniently update your to-do list with new tasks. Unfortunatly we do not have a completion date for the app,  we will let every member know when the app is launched.

  • What locations do you service?

    We operate alongside the Florida panhandle from Destin, FL. to Mexico Beach, FL. We are based out of Panama City, FL.

  • How often will my property be visited?

    We schedule 1 visit per month but can add additional visits for a cost. 

  • What should I expect at my first visit?

    During your first visit, you’ll meet with your dedicated handyman, walk them through your to-do list, and prioritize tasks together. He or she will be transparent and upfront about what they can tackle themselves and where we'd have to coordinate a specialist on your behalf.

  • Do you have a referral program?

    We do! You can save $50 on the following months bill. You can do this once per quarter. We also offer percentage discounts on owners of multiple units. Just ask for details.

  • Why is this service set up as a membership?

    By establishing Tool Time as a monthly membership service, we can offer you and your neighbors the benefit of having a trusted and dedicated handyperson who is thoroughly familiar with your home. This dedicated professional ensures that every visit delivers the same level of consistent, dependable, and high-quality service.


    Through this long-term partnership facilitated by membership, we not only get to know your home inside out but also take proactive steps to maintain it on an ongoing basis. This approach allows us to achieve our primary goal of providing homeowners with continuous peace of mind, knowing that their homes are safe, functional, and filled with joy.





  • How much does the Tool Time Membership cost?

    Tool Time’s Subscription is a monthly membership service starting at $180/mo for a monthly membership or $1,836 for an annual membership($153/mo with 12 pre scheduled appointments). Cost can be raised from the base price depending on the size and complexity of the property. Your billing period will begin on the date of your first visit, however we can adjust the date if need be.

 With your Tool Time membership, you get access to one dedicated handyperson who will regularly knock off your to-do list of small jobs around the house, proactively maintain your home on a schedule and offer seasonal perks and partner offers that you can opt into if you’d like. All handyman labor is included and there is no per visit fee for your regular handyman visits. If you'd like us to purchase parts, decorations or even a new lamp, on your behalf, we are able to do that as well for a nominal shopping fee tied to a visit.

For big jobs that require a specialist, Tool Time can source vendors and coordinate the process for you if you’d like. Please note that the cost of the specialty vendor will be passed on to you. The same also applies to built-in appliances. If an appliance breaks and requires a specialist, Tool Time can coordinate an appliance specialist to repair or recommend a replacement.
 

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    This is a new service and we want to ensure our members are happy. You can cancel your membership at any time without penalty but we do ask that you allow us to rectify the issue if at all possible. For annual memberships paid upfront, should you cancel, you'll be treated as a monthly member for the time you were a member, this means if you cancel at 6 months you will be charged the additional $162 difference. For monthly memberships, you simply will not be renewed for the following month.

  • How does billing work for parts and materials?

    Your Tool Time handyman will come prepared with basic parts needed for everyday small tasks (nails, basic caulk, etc). For larger parts or materials required, you have the option of purchasing those yourself or having us research and purchase these on your behalf. If you choose the latter, we’ll add a fair shopping fee to cover the cost of time researching and purchasing parts. We will also ask for approval to purchase anything of significant value.


    Please note that for parts and materials that you will be looking at or touching every day (e.g. a new kitchen faucet), we suggest you pick it out yourself. We’re happy to provide advice as needed.

  • How does billing work for specialist?

    For big jobs that require a specialist, Tool Time can source vendors for no additional cost and if you choose for us to manage the process for you, there will be an additional cost that is fair for the work involved. The cost of the specialty vendor will be billed to you. We’ll provide you with a quote(s), and upon your approval will help coordinate a visit from the vendor.

  • How do the partner offers work?

    As part of your Tool Time membership, you’ll have the opportunity to opt into seasonal partner offers that make life easier. We’re able to pass along competitive bulk pricing for high-quality vendors such as window washing, gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning, knife sharpening, and more.


    You’ll be notified of new seasonal partners and have the ability to opt in. Once you approve the cost, we’ll help schedule and coordinate your visit.
