Rates

Standard service calls

Standard service calls are defined by us as any job that will take less than 3 hours. Service calls are $120 plus $65/hr.

Custom quotes

Every job that will take over 3 hours or needs extra time to plan will receive a quote specifically for that project and materials needed.

Emergency rates x1.5

If you have an emergency we try to keep it simple and don't follow the standard x2 pricing.

Being a disabled veteran owned business we understand some people have special needs, please feel free to ask about discounts that you may qualify for.

How it works

  • 1. Send a request online

    First step is to click the link and fill out a request form. If you have a project and think it will take  hours or more please send the request and feel free to call to schedule a quote. 

  • 2. Accept the request

    We will accept the request and we will schedule the consultation if a quote is needed.

  • 3. Approve budget

    If a quote is needed we will contact you with the final quote and with your approval get any material on order for your project. Quoted projects require the full cost of materials and 50% of the labor cost  to be paid upfront.

  • 4. Start project

    This is where the fun begins. As with most large projects, we understand that once you see the progress there might be some changes you want to make. Small changes are perfectly acceptable but large redesigns for a project after it has started could result in a new quote.

  • 5. Finish on schedule

    Once completed we will verify that everything is exactly as the customer wants and then process the final payment.
